July may have sped by, but trust us, it packed a punch and a half! From rousing pitch roasts in Dubai to inspiring idea labs in Riyadh, it’s been a whirlwind of ecosystem-building from the GCC to Europe and back. So sit back, relax, and let us take you through some of the standout moments from the month of July:

Idea Lab & Founders Forum-24six9 Riyadh

The first official 24six9 event was held at Jada30, Riyadh, hosted by none other than HASAN JABARTI and Adel Mazi! A power-packed combo of Idea Lab and Founders' Forum, the session started with founders sharing their ideas and receiving on-the-go feedback. This was followed by riveting insights from the aforementioned gentlemen about deep-tech and why science and tech deserve more spotlight, especially from the startup ecosystem.

Pitchforks at the Ready

Our first 24six9 Dubai Pitch Roast on July 4th was a full house! We reunited with familiar faces, watched our newcomers hit the stage, and enjoyed roasting some spicy, half-baked ideas. Beyond the laughs, the community gleaned priceless insights into the nitty-gritty of founding a startup, shared wins, and planned for the future.

Networking made Interactive

On July 11th, we took networking to a new level with our playful twist: 24six9 bingo. Great connections, hidden talents, and yes, one member discovered they didn’t have a LinkedIn profile - until we helped them create one. Laughter and real connections made the session unforgettable.

24six9 Riyadh Chapter

To keep the momentum rolling, July 15th saw another Founders’ Talk at جادة30 | Jada30, Riyadh. Dhaifallah Alwadani, an investor and startup genius, shared raw stories about his entrepreneurial journey. It was a privilege to witness such drive among our founders.

An Epic Founder’s Workshop

In Dubai, July 18th saw us teaming up with The Epic Ways for an immersive Founders’ Workshop. Thanks to hosts Estefania Badra, Vic Moya, and Madhav Daga, we learned storytelling, effective communication, and team growth strategies. It was engaging, interactive, and truly left no one behind.

24six9 Dubai - 24six9 Pitch Roulette

July 25th ended with a bang as we spun into Pitch Roulette - watching everyone shed their molds to perform spontaneous skits and pitches. Laughter was infectious, and creativity was off the charts. Thank you to everyone who joined in the fun

24six9 Athens - Founders’ Circle

Across the globe, 24six9 Athens held its Founders’ Circle on July 25th at A Liar Man in Gazi, where startup struggles turned into shared solutions and resources. It was networking at its finest. Big thanks to all who participated! Special shout-out to our Chapter Ambassador in Athens, leading the charge there Jarryon Paul!

24six9 Riyadh x CyberME

Our Riyadh community was in for a surprise on July 29th with our CyberME Studio Studio partnership announcement. We hosted a Pitch Roast at Jada30, where the best pitchers had a shot at joining CyberME’s Cohort 2025. We can’t wait to see the outcome!
