It’s been a fantastic May for the 24six9 Founder’s community. From riveting sessions on leading with purpose, to inaugural sessions at global 24six9 chapters, May has truly been a progressive month for this founders' community. Let’s dive into the headlights!

Founder’s Talk with Alyona Drozdoi

We kicked off the month of May with a new edition of Founder’s Talk, this time hosted by the enigmatic Alyona Drozdoi. Alyona’s talk, titled “Navigating Role Shifts & Overcoming Challenges They Bring", was a masterclass in strategic leadership. She took us through her own riveting journey, from emerging out of a war-torn country to helping leaders find their most authentic selves. One of the highlights of her session was the interactive networking exercise, where participants faced their neighbor and laid their souls bare, discussing startup life and its challenges. The 24six9 community took to the challenge of revealing their authenticity live, and Alyona’s guidance never wavered. It was a lovely session, and we hope to host Alyona again soon.

Pitch Roast 2.0 - May Edition

The 24six9 community had been patiently waiting for the next Pitch Roast session, so it was a roaring time when we held it on May 13th. Everyone came bearing ideas, requests for user acquisitions, QR codes, and wild asks, and it was heartening to see so many edu-tech ideas coming to light. 24six9ers made connections, took some sizzling feedback, and handled critique, and they took it all in stride. We’re always amazed at the brazenness of our founder's community and their bravery in sharing even the wildest ideas. Keep ‘em coming!

Speed Networking in Style!

24six9 held Speed Networking on May 23rd, and safe to say it was an evening to remember at in5 Tech. This session of Speed Networking was a new reminder that sometimes, the best connections aren't found in your inbox, but right across the room. We saw rapid-fire conversations ignite, unexpected founder chemistry spark, and just enough delightful chaos to make networking genuinely fun. Whether attendees were there to pitch their startups, test the waters of the founder community, or scout their next big collaboration, this session of Speed Networking saw a huge turnout and chaos in the best way possible.

24six9 Riyadh – A Resounding Return to KSA!

May 27th marked a momentous occasion as 24six9 successfully re-ignited its Riyadh Chapter, kicking off with an electrifying new edition of Founder's Talk, and that was just the beginning. Thanks to our fantastic partnership with جادة30 | Jada30, a brilliant initiative by Social Development Bank (SDB) dedicated to supporting emerging entrepreneurs, SMBs, and freelancers. Jada30 proved to be the perfect launchpad for 24six9's re-establishment in the Kingdom, setting the stage for a truly impactful collaboration.

The inaugural edition of Founder's Talk was hosted by the dynamic Adel Mazi and featured AbdulRehman AlSemary, Founder & CEO of TRAI. Adel masterfully guided us through cultivating a vibrant entrepreneurial community, and his moderation of the Meet & Greet session for 24six9 members ensured connections were forged and conversations flowed freely.

Founders Workshop – AI That Works!

To close off the month of May, we held the latest edition of Founder’s Workshop on May 30th. The session was hosted by James Augustin, Co-Founder & CEO of Particle Execution, a seasoned expert who has been actively building and automating businesses across the UAE. James delivered an incredibly insightful session, sharing real frameworks, practical use cases, and actionable strategies for implementing AI and automation that genuinely save time and money. It was a refreshing departure from mere theoretical concepts, focusing instead on concrete, implementable solutions.

The workshop proved invaluable for founders seeking to build scalable systems and avoid operational chaos, and we can’t wait to bring James back to the stage again!

Expanding Our Community

We’re thrilled to announce that we will be opening new chapters in Armenia, Morocco, and Cairo! These expansions represent our commitment to fostering innovation and entrepreneurship across different regions.

Furthermore, we are reactivating our Riyadh chapter this May! There are exciting developments taking place in the KSA region, and we encourage you to keep an eye out for updates as we continue to grow and build our community.
